Enrollment Form

Please ensure that the enrollment form is filled out accurately in its entirety. Mistakes will need to be corrected before enrollment is complete. Review our parent handbook before completing the enrollment application.

A one-time $35 registration fee will be required for submission of enrollment application.

If you are registering for summer camp, an additional $25 per week will be billed to your child’s account to reserve your child’s place, for each week of camp you enroll in. The $25 reservation will go towards the cost of camp.
